Archive and Museum for Flemish Life in Brussels

The Archive and Museum for Flemish Life in Brussels (AMVB) is located at quai aux Pierres de Taille, in the centre of Brussels. The museum preserves the archives and collections of institutions, individuals and associations connected with the Flemish community of Brussels, with the aim of raising awareness of Flemish culture.  

EXPO What happens when you merge football with fashion? Join us during The Nocturnes, explore Football x Fashion: The Process. Artist Ahilan Ratnamohan collaborates with stylists, sewing ateliers, and footballers to blend sport with haute couture. The exhibition highlights upcycled football kits, sustainable designs, and the inspiring process behind this unique collaboration.

During The Nocturnes, we’d be happy to show you how we preserve archival material at the AMVB, featuring archives of the beloved Ancienne Belgique, Kaaitheater, KVS, Bronks, sports clubs, and music associations.
