Wellington Museum The Wellington Museum is located in Waterloo. This museum tells the story of the famous Battle of Waterloo.

EXPO The Wellington Museum holds the largest collection dedicated to the 1815 campaign, in the heart of a 300-year-old auberge. This legendary inn played host to the Duke of Wellington, commander of the Allied armies, who defeated Napoleon Bonaparte on June 18, 1815.

EXPO Horse: A Human story will reveal the essential impact of horses during the wars of the Revolution and the Empire. The exhibition will also highlight the significant role they played in agriculture, the economy and leisure activities.

BEHIND THE SCENES Take a behind-the-scenes look at the museum and meet our curator, who will show you how he appraises and showcases collection items, and how inter-museum loans work.
