EXPO a minima

EXPO Bernard Villers, Alexia De Visscher & Raphaël Van Lerberghe – artists-publishers

GUIDED TOUR Discovering a minima

Paid entrance, no reservation needed.

From white to silence, from line to relief, Bindings at the very least, the new “capsule” of the permanent display at Wittockiana, the museum of bookbinding, explores how art bindings, even reduced to their essentials, retain their evocative power and continue to make the book speak.

EXPO a minima presents a wide selection of artists’ books that, while using an astonishing economy of means, suggest abundant interpretations and emotions. Artist-publisher Didier Decoux curated the exhibition.

EXPO Continuing the spirit of a minima, three artist-publishers will present their artists’ books, exploring the idea of minimalism.

GUIDED TOUR Wittockiana invites you to explore austerity through the current exhibition, a minima.

Accompanied by a guide, discover an exhibition in which iconoclasm takes center stage and emptiness asserts itself through works that deconstruct the book, sound, and image.
