EXPO Folon unseen

GUIDED TOUR Standing guides – A nocturnal Journey through Folon’s universe at the Maison Autrique

If you have questions about building accessibility and/or activities, please contact the museum directly.

The Maison Autrique, designed by the famous architect Victor Horta in 1893, is an important milestone in Art Nouveau. It has just undergone an exemplary restoration. Now open to the public, it gives visitors a better understanding of the historical and aesthetic interest of Brussels’ old Art Nouveau houses.

EXPO This new, made-to-measure exhibition showcases Jean-Michel Folon (1934-2005) as a fascinating and little-known artist, a compulsive collector eager to explore his world through a multitude of techniques. The exhibition includes around a hundred works and objects that reflect the endless, intriguing and abundant creativity of the artist.

GUIDED TOUR In an intimate space, come and discover the Maison Autrique and the new exhibition, presenting a little-known and fascinating Folon. Ask all your questions to an enthusiastic ‘standing guides’. For this first evening of the year, the Maison Autrique is also offering you the chance to quench your thirst in the cosy bar.
