EXTRA-MUROS Walk in Brusseleir (Belgian Chocolate Village >Basilica of Koekelberg)

The Basilica of Koekelberg, a magnificent Art Deco building, houses the Museum of the Black Sisters of Brussels, the Museum of Modern Religious Art. Besides the permanent exhibitions, you can discover the specific features of the building and the original model made by the architect Albert van Huffel in 1925, access the different spaces dedicated to the artists Harry Elström and Norbert De Clercq, admire the stained-glass windows created by the Korean artist Kim En Joong and climb the dome for a breathtaking panoramic view!

EXTRA-MUROS The chocolate and industrial past and present of the town, its large Elisabeth Park lined with beautiful Art Nouveau houses in particular, which lead you to its Basilica with its unique and exceptional architecture, are some of the elements to be discovered during this walk.
